Reflection
As teachers it is our role to create a diverse learning area for all students, by doing so we are giving them the opportunity to reach new levels and cross new boundaries. From this it becomes our responsibility to understand how best to cater for all students needs whether it is at a physical, social or emotional level. Specific legislation's and policies are given to teachers to help meet these needs; in the evidence provided you are able to see how best to aid students learning at a global, national and school level. However at a classroom level teachers need to take in the information from the legislation's and policies provided and also take into account the student’s way of learning. All students are different in the way they learn and by catering to all learning styles students will be given the best possible outcome. This can be seen in the second piece of evidence provided.
